In order to meet our mission and goals LTM Construction, PLLC. has established certain standards that will be maintained throughout the company:
- Employees will maintain a professional apperance and attitude at all times.
- Employees ensure that all workers maintain a professional attitude while on project sites.
- Contractors will be held accountable for their actions or inactions.
- All individuals will be expected to comply with project site safety requirements.
- Contractors will ensure that all services provided will meet or exceed owner's needs.
- Establish and maintain a project schedule and communicate schedule with all parties involved.
- All phone calls will be returned within 24 hours.
- Know your customers, owners, design team, sub-contractors, suplliers and individuals who may use or are using the facility you are working to complete and treat them with respect at all times.
